چکیده
We derive a power series representation of an arbitrary electromagnetic field near some axis through the coaxial components on axis. The obtained equations are compared with Fourier–Bessel approach and verified by several examples. It is shown that for each azimuthal mode we need only two real functions in order to describe source free region it. dipole superconducting radio-frequency gun analyzed.

Quantum response to time-dependent external fields
Recently, explicit real time dynamics has been studied in various systems. These quantum mechanical dynamics could provide new recipes in information processing. We study quantum dynamics under time dependent external fields, and explore how to control the quantum state, and also how to bring the state into a target state. Here, we investigate a pure quantum mechanical dynamics, dynamics in qua...
متن کاملParticle production from axial fields
We study the production of massive fermions in arbitrary vector and axial-vector classical backgrounds using effective action techniques. A perturbative calculation shows the different features of each field and in particular it is seen that pure temporal axial fields can produce particles whereas it is not possible for a pure vector background. We also analyze from a non-perturbative point of ...
متن کاملPath integral and pseudoclassical action for spinning particle in external electromagnetic and torsion fields
We study a possibility for pseudoclassical description of a spinning particle in external electromagnetic and torsion fields. To this end we depart from the Dirac equation in such a background and derive a path integral representation for the corresponding propagator. An effective action which appears in the representation is interpreted as a pseudoclassical action for the spinning particle. It...
